The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to be based at our Corporate Office in Greensboro, North Carolina. 

The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for day to day management of The Fresh Market loyalty program including development and implementation of enrollment/conversion strategies, offer communication strategies and guest engagement with the program. Through this work, the Loyalty Marketing Manager will help grow our membership base, improve customer engagement and retention.

This position will report to the Senior Director, Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the design, development, and execution of the communication strategy to deliver personalized, targeted and relevant communications throughout the loyalty customer’s journey
  • Build campaigns that attract new loyalty user for program acquisition and growth and maximize active user ratios to fully leverage program for maximum growth
  • Use guest behavior and performance metrics to define, test and implement new program benefits, experiential rewards and functionality required to increase the loyalty program's competitiveness and customer engagement
  • Measure, analyze and report out on all loyalty statistics to ensure maximum Customer Lifetime Value, high performing campaigns and progress against KPIs/goals
  • Oversee offers and reward structure to ensure customer communications are maximized for highest ROI

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • 5 years+ loyalty program marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media and direct marketing programs required, experience with CRM systems and strategies preferred
  • Attention to detail and experience making data-based decisions
  • Ability to wear many hats and work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to daily work
