The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Loyalty Events Manager to be based at our Corporate Office in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The Loyalty Event Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, coordinating and executing exclusive events and branded experiences for high value guests. Candidates must have 3+ years’ event coordination experience. This position will contribute significantly to the organization by delivering a unique guest experience to our high value loyalty guests. Successful candidates will have strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, project management and have a love of food. This position will report to the Director of Communications.

  • By state/region/store identify appropriate experiential event partners and venues to invite our high value guests to
  • Negotiate terms with chosen partners
  • Coordinate with stores to set up events either in store or at other venues
  • Coordinate with marketing and loyalty team to create quarterly events, invites, signage
  • Track performance and analyze and evaluate event results
  • Customize event programs as needed based on high value loyalty segmentation by store
  • Maintain event budget

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or related field
  • 3 years+ event management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to daily work
